Smart Legal Contract
A legally binding agreement where natural language clauses are paired with executable code that automatically enforces the terms.
Every DIO in the Sovereign Finance initiative is a Smart Legal Contract. The terms (principal, interest, duration, penalty) are both human-readable PDF and executable Solidity. If the code fails, the legal text stands in court. If the debtor defaults, the contract self-executes penalty clauses. This merges software efficiency with legal enforceability.
