Community Capital Formation
Empowering local economies to pool resources, fund projects, and share in collective prosperity. A modern evolution of the "Rotating Savings and Credit Association" (ROSCA) or "Chit Fund," powered by blockchain transparency and AI-optimized allocation.

The Three Pillars
Access
Any community—neighborhood, professional guild, diaspora network—can spin up a capital pool without needing a bank charter. Smart contracts handle the treasury, the contribution schedule, and the distribution logic. Participation is permission-less.
Agency
Members vote on how funds are deployed. Proposals for community projects (a new well, a shared tractor, a co-working space) are submitted on-chain. AI summarizes the pros and cons, and members vote with their stake. The community owns the decision.
Accountability
Every contribution and withdrawal is recorded. No treasurer can abscond with the funds because the funds exist in a multi-sig controlled by the community itself. Financial reports are generated automatically and published to all members.
The Technology Stack
Artificial Intelligence
AI agents analyze proposals for feasibility. They estimate ROI, flag risks, and suggest alternative funding sources (grants, matching programs). They also detect fraud patterns—like proposals designed to siphon funds to a single actor.
Automation
Contribution reminders, payout schedules, and defaulter notifications are all automated. The protocol runs like clockwork, reducing the administrative burden on community leaders. Focus on impact, not spreadsheets.
Blockchain
The capital pool is a DAO. Governance tokens represent contribution history and voting power. Funds are held in a Gnosis Safe-style multi-sig. All transactions are auditable on a block explorer. Trust is replaced by verification.
